Sustainable Scenery began its journey in May 2024, growing and selling local species sourced from seed collectors and propagation nurseries around the Hawkesbury region.

Now we are situated closer to the Central Coast & Gosford areas, where temperatures are lower & rainfall is higher, allowing us to increase our range to encompass all of NSW’s endemic plant species.

We want to provide native plants that are adapted to the soils we live upon & to showcase the beauty that our local species can provide. Not only that, but we want to mitigate the damage that “garden escapees” are doing to our natural areas.

All of our endemic species are natives, but not all native species are endemics.
